Welcome

The Board of Directors of the Universidad Javeriana created the School of Social Sciences (Facultad de Ciencias Sociales - FCS) by decree No. 255, on May 25, 1982 . During its recent past the School of Social Sciences was home to different units which later have become Departments or schools of the University. Today this School is composed of four departments and five programs and it is responsible for the development of teaching, investigating and servicing the different areas which are under its competency.
