  • Third party privacy rights violation
  • Third party copyrights violation
  • Threats, obscene or harassing material transmission
  • Illegal transmission of unsolicited advertisement
  • Corruption or destruction of data or any action that might impede the legitimate access to data, including the inoculation of virus, worms or any harmful software in any computation system connected to the network
  • Interruption of the legitimate use of the network or computational systems by third parties
  • Waste of network resources
  • Any use condemned by the policies of the Terms of Use of the rest of the network
  • Any illegal contract behavior according to the applicable legislation of any country to which one can have access through the net
  • Use of the network for recreational games
  • Commercial use of the network
  • Use of the network for commercial advertisement transmission

 

2.Acceptable uses

  • Educational and research purpose
  • By non lucrative organizations
  • For infrastructure administration purposes and for educational and research communications
  • For library access
  • For joint projects of educational institutions or for private sector research projects
