In classical Latin, magis meant more and better, but in the current sense of the term it refers to the commitment, the attitude, and the determination for personal growth, teacher’s and student’s, aiming to achieve the potential of kindness found in each human being; thus, an appropriate term for the name of the journal. The goal of the Journal is to dedicate itself to promote good pedagogic, didactic, and administrative educational practices. Stemming from this goal,, the name of the journal highlights not only the manner in which these practices are a manifestation of an integral education for those who practice them, guide them, and study them, but also the students’ disposition to accomplish their integral education and self-encounter, brought about by the guidance of the teacher through dialogue.
