AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA ASSEMBLY IAJU 2025
By completing this form, I expressly and informedly authorize Pontificia Universidad Javeriana to collect, store, use, dispose of, or eventually transfer nationally or internationally personal information related to my personal data, including my image and voice. I acknowledge that my personal data will be processed for the following purposes: i) to register for the IAJU 2025 Assembly; ii) to maintain a communication channel and carry out all administrative, operational, and technical activities related to the event; iii) to share my data with the Society of Jesus; iv) my image and voice may be collected, stored, and processed during the event and as part of the memoires; it may be published in media, social media, photo galleries, press releases, newsletters and dissemination materials that will be shared with third parties and enrollees. As the data subject, I understand that I have the following rights: i) to access my personal data provided to the University free of charge; ii) to know, update and rectify my personal information; iii) to request proof of the authorization granted; iv) to be informed about the use of my personal data; v) to file complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio) regarding the processing of my data; vi) to revoke the authorization granted, request the deletion of the data; and vii) I understand that responding to questions about sensitive data or concerning children and adolescents is optional. I acknowledge that the communication channel for exercising my rights is the email: usodedatos@javeriana.edu.co, and that the University has a Personal Data Protection Policy, which is published on the website www.javeriana.edu.co.
