4. 30 janvier 2014 L’ANC publie l’avis qu’elle a remis au Gouvernement sur son projet d’ordonnance allégeant les obligations comptables des micro-entreprises et des petites entreprises, ainsi que sur le projet de décret fixant les seuils prévus aux articles L. 123-16 et L. 123-16-1 du code de commerce. L’ANC se réjouit d’avoir pu contribuer à cette avancée importante pour la vie des entreprises.
5. L’ANC publie également son avis sur les dispositions relatives aux comptes des comités d'entreprise du projet de loi relatif à la formation professionnelle, à l'emploi et à la démocratie sociale.
