The German Ambassador to Colombia, Martina Klumpp, visited the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana accompanied by Bianca Müller, Head of Press, Culture and Science of the diplomatic mission, with the purpose of strengthening ties between both institutions and evaluating new possibilities for collaboration.

As part of the agenda, the ambassador and her team participated in an official lunch with the Rector of the Javeriana, the vice-rectors, and a group of deans from various faculties, including Medicine, Nursing, Economic and Administrative Sciences (FCEA), Law, Arts, Engineering, Sciences, and Political Science and International Relations.

During the meeting, strategic areas for future joint initiatives were discussed, including academic projects, interdisciplinary research, international mobility, and cultural activities linked to scientific and educational cooperation between Germany and Colombia.

The visit was considered an important step in expanding academic relations and contributing to the exchange of knowledge between both institutions.
 

La Embajadora de Alemania en Colombia, Martina Klumpp, visitó la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana acompañada por Bianca Müller, jefa de Prensa, Cultura y Ciencia de la misión diplomática, con el propósito de fortalecer los vínculos entre ambas instituciones y evaluar nuevas posibilidades de colaboración.

Como parte de la agenda, la embajadora y su equipo participaron en un almuerzo oficial con el Rector de la Javeriana, los vicerrectores y un grupo de decanos de diversas facultades, entre ellas Medicina, Enfermería, Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas (FCEA), Derecho, Artes, Ingeniería, Ciencias, y Ciencias Políticas y Relaciones Internacionales.

Durante el encuentro se discutieron áreas estratégicas para futuras iniciativas conjuntas, incluyendo proyectos académicos, investigación interdisciplinaria, movilidad internacional y actividades culturales vinculadas a la cooperación científica y educativa entre Alemania y Colombia.

La visita fue valorada como un paso importante para ampliar las relaciones académicas y contribuir al intercambio de conocimiento entre ambas instituciones.
